What this policy says, in short
We use what you send us only to answer your request and quote your concrete job, and we do not sell it.
This policy covers concretecontractorportlandmaine.com, the website of Concrete Contractor Portland Maine, a concrete contractor for homeowners in Portland, Maine and nearby towns. It explains what happens to the information you give us when you ask for a quote, by form or by phone.
What the quote form collects
The quote form collects only what you type or choose in it:
- your name and phone number
- your email address, if you choose to give it
- where the job is and its rough size
- the kind of work and the timing you pick
- anything you write in the details box
Only your name and phone number are required. The site has no accounts, logins or payment forms, and it asks for nothing else. Please do not put payment card numbers, passwords or other sensitive details in the form; we never need them to quote concrete work.
When you call, we keep the notes we need to quote the job, such as your name, the address of the work and what you want done.
How your request reaches us and what we do with it
When you press the button, the form is sent to us by email through FormSubmit, a form-handling service. That is how your request reaches us, so that we can answer it.
We use what you send to call you back, arrange a site visit, prepare a written quote and, if you hire us, plan and do the work. We do not sell your information, rent it or trade it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Your request is seen by the people who quote and schedule the work, and it passes through the services that deliver it to us: FormSubmit for the form and our call-tracking provider for calls.
Calls to our number
Calls to the number on this site go through our call-tracking provider and may be recorded for quality and routing. The provider also logs details such as the number you called from and the time of the call. If you would rather not call, the form reaches us too.
Cookies and fonts
This site sets no cookies of its own, so there is nothing to accept or decline when you visit. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so when a page opens, your browser requests them from Google's servers, and Google's own privacy policy covers that request.

How to have your information deleted
To have your information deleted, call us, or send the quote form with a note in the details box saying what you would like removed. We will delete what we hold from your request.
You can also ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, the same way. If you asked for a quote and decided not to go ahead, you do not need to do anything; we use your details only for that request.
